I stumbled across these videos and I am so glad I did. This is a wonderful kundalini yoga practice. It is hard, but doable. It begins with ego eradicator warm up and then proceeds to the main kriya. If memory serves me the kriyas are:
Class starts with the Adi Mantra and Ad Guray Namay
1. Lying on your back pulse left then right leg front and back to counts of 8.
2. Raising left then right leg to the count of 4
3. raising both legs.
4. short rest
5. Sit up to the count of four
6. cobra to the count of 8
7. bow pose to the count of 4. Very hard as count 1 is bend legs, 2. grab ankles, 3 raise torso, 4 relax…in a rapid pace. She gives a modification.
8. seated spinal twists.
9, sitting in rock pose and bending down and up to the count of 8
10. Hitting the floor with hands while lying on back to the count of 4
11. frog pose to count of 8 (lots of frogs!)
Class ends with a 13 minute meditation for the heart, the sound of the gong and my very favorite version of the long time sunshine song by Sarah Hawker.This is a great class. Will definitely purchase this one. So Mandeep where are classes 1-10???

I really liked this class. Short and sweet when you don’t have enough time. It begins with yogic marching, spinal flexes, seated twists and then shoulder shrugs, and lastly ego eradicator. Very simple. Then there is a short 2 part meditation. Great morning class. Music is by Simirit Kaur. After trying the rental, I’m going to purchase the download. Thank you Mandeep!
