As a full-time nursing student at SUU, I have benefited from Sage Hill’s Kundalini yoga immensely. I use the breathing techniques learned from this yoga to elevate my awareness and energy level. I take time every morning to meditate and chant mantras and have found a huge increase of happiness in my life. I feel confident with who I am and I am grateful for my body, mind, and spirit.
